Difficult Morning
by Sir A. Longshanks

Restlessness carries me with trembling hands
My body is unsettled standing on shaking feet
Weary is my mind from weak survival of late nights
No rest is given when healing has no effect
Sleeping takes me far away abusing my efforts of rehabilitation
The autopilot is making a new world
And I am more awake during this hour
In which world will strength be restored
And crashing waves will no longer exist?
Silence, silence is my only saviour
What is this silence that you are talking about?
And wherever would you find it?
Don’t wander off too far now,
Keep at a safe distance
I am my most precious thing
I don’t want to lose you
